Everyone Fills out a Profile Form and submits it to the master form. Team will turn this into a Profile Page. This is your Classifieds Advert. Fill it out as a "Group", Skipper, or Free Agent
Profiles are shared as a "match book" - This is a google doc that you must sign in to access as it is for Prospective Rowers Only. - You have to select if you want to be contacted or if you'll contact others or both. Must have a contact method - You pick one.

Moderator will talk briefly and set the rules (not many)
People assigned as "Skippers" will create their own sub room
People who already on their Teams Join as Crew
Free Agents visit with Skippers and Crews
You control the time you spend with Free Agents - Exchange Contact Info IG/Email/FB/Whatsapp in order to take your conversation off line.
